1001 UNIVERSAL POINT LEVER (UPL) 1001T As 1001 but supplied in a pack of 3 levers
1002 Angle cranks (brass cranks on a cast base)
Use these :- for sharp changes of direction, where space is limited, to link several features to one lever, to increase or decrease the throw. In normal use the wire in and wire out connect to the two inner or two outer holes. To increase the throw connect the wire in to the inner hole of one arm and the wire out to the outer hole of the other arm. To decrease the throw connect in reverse. If it is required to increase or decrease the throw on a straight run connect one wire to the inner hole and the other wire to the outer hole on the same arm. Pack of 6 including fixing pins 1003 Copper Tube (pack of 6 x 18 inch lengths) 1004 Steel wire (3048mm - 10 foot coil)
1005 Omega wires (pack of 6)
These take up any overthrow in the motion. They attach to a leverframe with the loop standing vertically. They attach to a UPL with the loop horizontal.
1006 Wire Snaps (pack of 6)
Use to connect Omega wires to the control wire. Insert wires into slots as shown in drawing and push top onto main body. Gently rivet over the the pins to prevent top working loose. Adhesive can be used if prefered. DO NOT SOLDER top on as this could damage the snap and / or prevent removal of the top if required. 1007 Steel track pins (9mm. - 3/8th. long).
