                                                                                       Kit # 9006
                                                                      0-4-0 Tank "Dolgoch"
                          A whitemetal kit designed to fit an Arnold  0-6-0  or other suitable  chassis.

Built by Fletcher Jennings and delivered in 1866, "Dolgoch" was the second engine supplied to the Talyllyn Railway.  She hauled both passenger and freight trains until 1951 when the line became the first steam railway to be preserved. By this time she was the only loco still in working order on the line and continued in service until 1954 when "Douglas" (kit # 9005) arrived. This enabled her to leave for a major overhaul which was completed in 1963. Since return she has regularly hauled trains on the line.
Over the years many alterations have been made to the loco and some of these are included in the assembly instructions included in the kit.
Also included are livery details and other prototype information.
